Project Features	Liquid nitrogen supplies to Karachaganak field at the request of the client. Deliveries over the past five years: 2019: 2 524 t; 2020: 742 t; 2021: 891 t; 2022: 881 t; 2023: 1 413 t.

Location	Kazakhstan, Aksai Karachaganak oil and gas condensate field.
Service	Leak test services using nitrogen-helium mixture (N2-He), purging and equalizing.
Project Features	Year-round provision of one set of equipment and personnel for purging, nitrogen-helium testing, nitrogen pigging at all field facilities (KPС, UNIT-2, UNIT-3, KOTS, Gathering department). During 2019 Shutdown (Turnaround) the following was involved: · 304 employees, 100% made up of local staff; · more than 120 pieces of equipment of various types; · 58 units of cryogenic tanks with a total capacity of more than 700 tons of liquid nitrogen; · 17 units of helium gas vessels with a total capacity of more than 7800 m³; · 17 units of high-pressure nitrogen plants up to 700 bar/ 5000 m³/h; · 8 units of low pressure LN2 vaporizers 16 bar / 500 m³/h; · 17 units of high-tech leak detection devices.

Location	Kazakhstan, Atyrau region, Zhylyoiskiy district Tengiz oil and gas field.
Project	Future expansion project / Wellhead pressure management project.
Service	Execution of nitrogen filling works.
Project Features	Nitrogen preservation of the multiphase carbon steel pipeline at site 51.

Period	2020 – 2021
Location	Kazakhstan, Aksai Karachaganak oil and gas condensate field.
Project	KPO Project of the 4th Gas Compressor.
Service	Pre-commissioning complex of jobs – hydrostatic tests, chemical cleaning, hot oil flushing, N2/He leak testing, nitrogen preservation of pipelines and vessels.
Project Features	The latest equipment was mobilized to carry out the complex of works, such as the FS4000 oil flushing unit, particle counter MP Filtri, Hydra Rig 180K nitrogen converter, Masspectrometer UL300 leak detection devices and the portable HD-1 device.

Location	Kazakhstan, Aksai Karachaganak oil and gas condensate field.
Service	Provision of services for technological tightening of bolted connections, tensioning and flange machining.
Project Features	To perform the work during the Shutdown in 2022, RT Alliance LLP provided personnel certified according to international standards ASME and ECITB. Over 1,100 bolt tightening specialists and machining specialists were involved at the same time within a month.

Period	2022
Location	Kazakhstan, Atyrau region «Bolashak» Onshore Complex.
Project	Repair of Slug Catcher.
Service	Composite wrapping and cold cutting services.
Project Features	Providing services for cold cutting of pipes with a diameter of 42” and composite wrapping over 350 meters of pipeline with a diameter from 24” to 42”. To carry out the work, RT Alliance LLP mobilized 240 personnel within the shortest time.

Location	Kazakhstan, Aksai Karachaganak oil and gas condensate field.
Project	Modification at KPC Plant for future KEP-1 connections.
Service	Performing work on creating an ice plug using liquid nitrogen on a pipeline with a diameter of 24 inches.
Project Features	The main task was to create an ice plug at the 24” outlet of the existing pipeline at tie-in point 50-254-005 to connect a new pipeline. During freezing, a 24-inch diameter blind flange was dismantled for 62 hours and a new spool was installed to connect the 2020-WF-501-24 line.

Location	Kazakhstan, Aksai Karachaganak oil and gas condensate field.
Service	Provision of composite pipeline wrapping services.
Project Features	Provision of composite material wrapping services for pipelines and other pressurized equipment. Repair of thin-walled pipes, as well as elimination of leaks and other corrosion defects present on the equipment of the field collection system and on oil refining equipment made of various materials. The most common of these are carbon steels, alloy steels, or stainless steels. The design temperature range is from – 45 to 260^o C, and the design pressure is from 0-100 Bar. The working medium is sweet or high-sulfur gas, condensate, amine, glycol, methanol, water, steam, sulfuric acid, alkali, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), steam or water.
